    "I booked an afternoon tea at the restaurant and in case i got everything correct I decided to call on the above mentioned no. I wasted 10 min of the conversation for nothing and didn't receive any clear answer regarding the menu or mentioned information on the web site. I was only told that ' There will be served some cakes and tea!' You can never expect any answer like that in any restaurant, especially in 3 Michelin star chef one!! I am not sure if I will keep my reservation or not. Working in customer service myself I feel just sorry for your staff can't they abviously cannot get the proper training and just scare the customers instead of attracting them."
