Set beneath a soaring 27-metre (89-foot) glass blade, Blades offers contemporary flair in a spacious, open-plan design. The menu offers an eclectic range of international dishes with sweeping views of the golf course greens and waterfalls. During cooler months, a picnic style brunch can be enjoyed from Blades on the lawn outside, or evening drinks by dusk on Blades Terrace.
